Abstract: 

Background: Violent behaviors in professional relationships of social workers have become a growing concern for the international society. The outcomes of violence are effective in professional relationships. The purpose of this study was to better understand the consequences of violence in the professional relationships of Iranian social workers in order to improve their performance and coping skills. Methods: The study was carried out through qualitative content analysis and 20 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 17 social workers. The participants were selected through purposeful method and data gathering was stopped after data saturation. Results: Two main categories including "distress" and "development opportunity" and four subcategories including "distress and social worker's reactions, " "distress and client's reactions, " "personality development, " and "reinforcement of professionalism" were identified. Conclusion: The cognition of violence consequences and learning coping skills in professional communication in social work can improve professional performance. Paying special attention to distress and violence repercussions and making appropriate decisions by putting in practice scientific and practical training in workplaces and educational settings can help social workers in preventing and reducing violence. As experiences in social work settings are not enough, it is suggested to look at the objective of this research from a macro-social and organizational perspective and plan both at the micro and macro levels to reduce violence.

Abstract: 

The subject of investigation in this article is the reevaluation of the transformation of the poetry and personality of Sana’i. This research examines the evolution of Sanai’s poetry and personality by analyzing the content of Sanai’s odes (qasidas) and their historical context and admirers. The article demonstrates that contrary to common belief, the reason for Sanai’s departure from Ghazna was not his spiritual transformation towards asceticism and Sufism, but rather his failure to find admirers who could fulfill his material needs. He left Ghazna in search of suitable admirers and since at that time he was not a very famous poet, and the migration of other poets to cities far from Khorasan was not very successful, he decided to stay in Khorsan. However, the requirement for new admirers led to a change in the rhetorical and thematic structure of odes, and this is where Sanai's new role as the initiator of didactic-mystical ode genre began. Sana’i’s poetic character in the field of ode is different from his poetic character in the realm of lyrical literature (ghazal), but the synthesis of these two personas can be found in his masnavi works. Accordingly, Sanai’s role in the transformation of Persian poetry, rather than having an ideological dimension, has a rhetorical dimension. He holds a prominent position in poetic stature more than as a mystic.

Abstract: 

Development as a key concept in social science has had widespread theoretical and conceptual transformation, related to fundamental and deep transformations in advanced societies. After a long time that under the impact of positivism it implied quantitative changes in separated areas of economy and politics, on the basis of development economics and political economy it was related to basic and qualitative changes in attitudes and structures in different dimensions, and made possible a multidisciplinary study on "development". Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ego development and personality disorder of prisoners compared with non- prisoners.The subjects include two groups of Go individuals in which the experiment group belonged to male prisoners (except for political prisoners) with an educational background of secondary school up to high school graduates.The control group was selected from non- prisoners who did not have records of psychosis. In order to gain a profile of personality disorder, a malti axis clinical test and in order to investigate the degree of ego development the Kattle 16 factor test was employed. The finding of the study indicates that the prisoners (the experiment group) differ significantly in all scales of personality disorders from the control group except for obsessive personality scales. As for the age development, the two groups showed significant difference in the age power and excitement sensitivity.

Abstract: 

Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), is of considerable importance in the Solanaceae family due to the presence of a group of steroid lactones called withanolides. Given the limited production of these metabolites in the roots and leaves of the plant under natural conditions and the high demand from the pharmaceutical industry, it is crucial to use the hairy root method to increase metabolite production. To induce bacteria under laboratory conditions, tissue culture and its various steps are typically required. However, nowadays, an alternative and simpler transgenic method is used that does not rely on tissue culture and can produce transgenic plants with an increased yield of secondary metabolites. In this experiment, Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain A4 was injected into the plant at the wound site located at the first node of the seedling. Fifteen days later, hairy roots appeared, and after the growth of the transgenic plants in the greenhouse, growth characteristics (such as root volume and root area) were measured, and phytochemical analyses were performed on both transgenic and control plants. The experiment followed a completely randomized design with 3 replications. The transgenic plants outperformed the controls in terms of agronomic traits: root length (1.12 times longer), root volume (2 times greater), and root area (1.49 times larger). As a result of this study, catalase enzyme activity and flavonoid levels were found to be lower in transgenic plants than in control plants. Correlation results showed that catalase enzyme activity and flavonoid content had positive and significant correlations with root length, volume, and area. Based on the findings of this research, the transgenic method, without the need for tissue culture, can be introduced as a useful approach in this plant to increase root hair production without increasing antioxidant enzyme activity.

Abstract: 

2Background and purpose: Researches show that limited models have been designed to measure the maturity of digital transformation in libraries, however, no valid and reliable tool has been provided to measure the maturity of digital transformation in academic libraries so far. Identifying the factors affecting the maturity of digital transformation and managing its correct use in the libraries of medical sciences universities is of particular importance in improving the efficiency and effectiveness and as a result, the success and growth of the libraries. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to compile and validate a suitable tool to determine the factors affecting the maturity of digital transformation in the libraries of medical sciences universities. Materials and methods: The type of qualitative (exploratory) study was based on the plan of developing the tool, which was carried out in two phases: in the first phase, to collect information related to the identification of factors affecting the maturity of digital transformation, the meta-composite method was used under “ Sandelowski and Barroso's model. Then, in the second phase of the Delphi method, the factors were localized and adapted to the topic. The intended community in the met composite section was all related sources from reliable databases, with 82 sources. After extracting, screening, and considering the input and output criteria of the researchers, 41 Persian and Latin sources were selected. The statistical population in the Delphi phase included 15 professors and experts in the field of digital maturity and digital technologies in universities of medical sciences who were selected in a non-probable and purposeful way according to the criteria for entering the research (relevance of work experience and organizational position and field of study of the experts to the subject research, conflict with the discussed issue, having at least 5 years of work experience) as samples. The measurement tool was a structured questionnaire of 69 questions created by the researcher, which was compiled by reviewing the previous findings and then sent to the experts in two stages with the help of the fuzzy Delphi technique, and finally 61 final questions were obtained. Results: In this research, based on the findings of the meta-combination section, 69 primary categories for the maturity of digital transformation were identified first by reviewing the literature and backgrounds. Then, in the next step, a relationship was established between these categories, and they were categorized into 13 items. Then, the identified main categories were divided into 2 general categories (internal and external factors). Then, for quality control, the validity and internal reliability of check methods were used. The size of the Kappa coefficient (0.78) in this research indicated the good internal reliability of the obtained results. Finally, for validation, the developed tool was provided to the members of the Delphi panel, which had 15 members. After two stages of fuzzy Delphi and after making corrections and removing irrelevant items (8 items) and the agreement score of experts in the rest of the factors (61 items), it was observed that the disagreement of experts in the first and second steps did not have a significant difference and the agreement score of experts in all commons was more than 70%; therefore, the survey was stopped in the second stage, and all factors were confirmed. The results of the fuzzy Delphi analysis led to the confirmation of 61 items of the digital transformation maturity questionnaire in the libraries of medical sciences universities in 2 main components (inter-organizational factors and extra-organizational factors) and 13 subcomponents. Conclusion: The developed tool provides researchers with criteria for determining the state of maturity for digital transformation in the libraries of medical sciences universities. The discovered factors include 10 internal organizational factors (digital culture development, digital infrastructure development factor, new technology infrastructure development factor, human resources development factor, management resource development factor, digital strategy development factor, digital support factor, organizational rules and regulations factor, financial resources factor and experience development factor (digital users) and 3 components of extra-organizational factors (collaboration and support of upstream and academic institutions, the factor of development of national culture in the field of digital transformation and the factor of national laws and regulations) which can be used as a suitable tool to measure the maturity of digital transformation in libraries.
